Cheese Days is once every 2 years in Monroe, WI. Cheese capital of Wisconsin and home to the JM Huber brewery and our friend Brian.  Return trip was via Marquette, IA up the Mississippi River, 350miles (garmin gps track here). Cheese Days 2000 pictures are viewable here.
