Saturday 7/1/06 - Minneapolis, MN to Rapid City, SD : 610miles

During the Minnesota 1000 this year Carrie and I went out to Nemo, SD for a Bonus stop. We realized we hadn't been here and really appreciated the area
in quite some time. Since we had nothing todo over a 4day 4th of July weekend we decided to ride back out and spend some time visiting places we've
been driving by on the way to other places.  We also got some great advice from the Team Strange crew as to some roads to check out.

Friday 5/5/06 Rapid City, SD to Deadwood, SDl : 350miles

We
made plans to hook up with Bart Bakker since he was vacationing in the area. First we headed to Vanocker Canyon for some fun before the traffic got
too bad later in the day. We rode it up from Rapid City, then back down on the way to Hill City to pickup Bart. With Bart riding the hack, we went east to
Keystone on Old Hill City road before turning south through the pigtails. We had a great lunch at the state game lodge and went south through custer.

After heading north we stopped by Bart's relatives and they even fixed a loose wire for me!
