My long summer break is over. Time to start working on the theater again.
Speakers were built from my designs here

PIC00002.jpg (174758 bytes) Front crossover can be Biamped.
PIC00004.jpg (188978 bytes) Test fitting the drivers
PIC00001.jpg (131867 bytes) Side speaker frame construction
PIC00002.jpg (141028 bytes) More side frame
PIC00003.jpg (137272 bytes) Rear surround frame construction
PIC00004.jpg (127115 bytes) Center going up.
PIC00005.jpg (158488 bytes) The guts
PIC00006.jpg (137248 bytes) Rear crossover mounting. On a bed of silicone. The picture is sideways but you can see the 4gang electrical box that will hold the Grafik Eye. All gooped up with liquid nails.
PIC00019.jpg (126272 bytes) The sides turned out nice. Both the rears and sides go to an honest 35hz.
PIC00020.jpg (139082 bytes) Finished rear speaker. I dont like the last minute change I made recessing the mounting
surface, but there was no way I was going to rabbit the MDF at this stage.
PIC00024.jpg (127828 bytes) Finished center channel. This thing is a monster and will hit 30hz easily.
PIC00013.jpg (170271 bytes) The middle atlantic slim 5 rack. I started mounting the monster power conditioners just to help triming out.
PIC00014.jpg (145012 bytes) These photos are really dusty and dark. The interior paint scheme is doing its job absorbing all light.
PIC00015.jpg (129584 bytes) Trim is going up next.
PIC00016.jpg (139264 bytes)
PIC00017.jpg (135307 bytes)
PIC00018.jpg (147492 bytes) Carpet in 2 weeks.
PIC00022.jpg (45284 bytes) Only the rope lighting on. I need a new camera.
